In today's hectic schedules, no one has time to introspect themselves and we often tend to believe people’s reflection of ourselves than our own. We lose sight of who we truly want to be over society’s set of rules, expectations and assumptions. Here comes the importance of OUR PERCEPTION of our own reflection in the mirror that society holds for us. AAINA: A Clear View is a project started to emphasis the importance of mental health and eliminate the stereotypes surrounding the world of therapy, hence giving us “a clear view” of ourselves. With counselling psychologist, Rtr. Shreya Prabhu, we focused on the profession of psychology and revealed the truths of being a mental health professional.
The project aims to benefit the community by shedding light on taboo conversations and also encourage and inform students who are professionally interested in the mental health fraternity.
